Addoro is a new service for companies looking for a cost efficient and smart way to handle their customer communication, mainly invoices. It is a web based service that is about to be launched and OurEgo were commissioned to plan and perform usability tests. We began with a pre-study to map the service and its user roles, and from there we went on with a thorough function analysis. This was the base for constructing a strategy and plan for the testing where a group of new users will work with the service so we can discover usability issues that needs to be addressed before Addoro is launched. |
