The testplan we developed for testing the usability of Addoro was launched and we have now worked together with a testpanel in order to evaluate how well Addoro's design philosophy has been implemented in their web interface.

By conducting a series of test sessions with people performing tasks with Addoro we collected data which was then analyzed. The sessions were monitored and recorded, both with a screen-recorder and a synchronized camera to capture eye movements and facial expressions of the test person while working with Addoro. Our analysis, evaluation and recommendation regarding usability issues of Addoro's web interface will help Addoro to fulfill its objective of being a smart and easy-to-use webbservice for customer communication.
