Astra Tech in Gothenburg had a conference in Smögen and they wanted to come out and try sailing in the pristine nature. They asked us if we could arrange a fun little adventure out at sea during an afternoon.

Our experience of the fun you can have in a GKSS-gigg that we use in the sailing school at Smögen told us that it would be a day of fun and exciting sailing. We layed out a couple of courses on the water and gave the people from Astra Tech a crash-course in practical sailing. They soaked up the information and were ready to cast off. The waters outside Smogen were then the scene of intense races while we coached from our red RIB-boat. With the weather on our side and the smiles we saw in the boats we felt confident that more people now had realized the beauty of sailing.
