We were commissioned to design and develop a new system that would facilitate and guarantee quality in the member registration process. It is a demanding process with a high pressure level during a few weeks during the year and an objective was to efficiently remove most of the workload from the employees and volunteers of the film festival and let the visitors contribute in the process.

In order to motivate the visitor to register their own information it was important that the interface was easy to understand and use. There were several different scenarios for the registration process and the new system had to support all of them while it allowed easy integration with the current website. There were also demanding access and security issues to deal with though we knew how to deal with them, and we can now say that the new system displayed a stellar performance.
