Volvo Car Corporation commissioned Fredrik Aurell as tutors at a two day training and implementation of a new vehicle ordering system at Volvo in southern Africa.

During two days we trained most of the car salesmen in South Africa and Zimbabwe. MSS Competence Development BSC had designed a good training session. We started with a lecture and discussions around the new systems to get the participants motivated and involved. We went on to do exercises in a safe training environment, at the end of the last day the participants where ready to go live and test the real system. Three groups took this two-day course over a period of six days.
